ORDERS
Standard orders are typically processed between 1-3 business days and shipped using the method of your choice. Pre-orders typically ship in 4-6 weeks. Orders are in transit business days only. Sometimes processing may take longer, however, depending on our ability to meet the prevailing order volume. We do our very best to keep up with our stock, but due to demand, some items may be purchased on backorder and may be delayed. In the event of shipping delays for any reason we will inform you via e-mail as soon as possible.
RETURN POLICY
Our hours of operation are Monday - Friday from 9am to 5pm PST. Please allow up to two business days for a reply within our hours of operation.
We do not accept returns at this time - all sales are final.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPMENTS
We currently ship to the following countries outside the US:
Duties and taxes are not included in shipping quotes. Please note that you have agreed to the following terms upon placing an international order with us:
- Your country may charge you import duties and taxes upon receipt, and you agree to pay any duties levied by your country in full
- If your order includes pre-order items, it will be held at our warehouse until the last pre-order item is received and will only be shipped to you once the order is complete
